General Diet
Restrict Carbohydrates
Braking down sugar produces lactic acid. This gives illnesses the environment they need to thrive. History shows that Cancer increased dramatically after sugar became popular. Studies have shown that the more carbohydrates you eat the higher risk of cancer you have. Cancer cells use 8 times as much glucose as normal cells to divide and grow. Higher glucose levels contribute to many health conditions such as diabetes and hardening of the arteries. Plaque forms as a protective barrier to all of the acid in the body.
Cut Trans Fats
Reducing the amount of trans fats and partially hydrogenated oils in your diet can help prevent cancer. These oils invade cell walls and destroy the electrical charge of the cell. Without the charge, our cells have difficulty oxygenating. Without oxygen healthy cells become cancer cells. Trans fats also harden the cell wall and make it difficult for insulin to enter leading to type II Diabetes. Cutting out all trans fats is difficult. Toxic Water

Eat Healthy
